The Motorist Christmas Run Sunday 1st December 2019
Norma & Rowland have kindly offered to organise and lead this run and invite you all to join them.
Details for this evert are as follows:
- Meeting at 10:00am for a 11:00 set off. (Gives you time to have a look at the cars on show).
- Start Location: Please note a new starting location.

- Format of the day: Meet and greet at The Motorist Hub for the disdribution of tulip maps, radios and a safety briefing.
Tea or coffee and bacon sandwiches available.
Christmas themed run: This is another event where we get into the Christmas fancy dress spirit and getting dressed up and dressing up our cars. The day will include members voting for the best fancy dress person(s) and car where prizes will be awarded at the end of the day.
The run will take us on some familiar and new roads with some twisties to our first stop at Allerthorpe Lakeland Park at Pocklington York YO42 4RL.
From there the run will take us on some more twisties as we make our way to The Sidings for our Christmas lunch.

I) Slow Cooked Christmas Beef – with shallots, tomatoes& cinnamon, served with garlic scented creamed potato
J) Wild mushroom Risotto – scented with black truffle oil & parmesan

K) Traditional Christmas Pudding – in a brandy custard sauce
